REPLACEMENT AND RETURN POLICY
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any motivation, within 14 days by receiving the goods.
- To withdraw from the contract the client has to inform the company by emailing at: email@example.com
- In order to comply with the terms of withdrawal, the customer has to send a communication within the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- If the client withdraws from the contract, will be refund of all the expenses spent to our company just for the value of the good itself, without undue delay, no later then 14 days since when the company has been informed about the decision to withdraw from the contract.
- The refunds will be refund using the same payment method of the customer when purchasing, except for cash on delivery; in that case it will be refund with a bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
- The refund can be suspended up to the receipt of the goods or relative shipping back receipt, if occurred previously.
- The customer has to ship back the goods at Fabrizio Piroddi, via dei Ravaschieri 9, 00148, Roma (RM), without undue delay and within 14 days by the return advice.
- The return shipment will be borne by the customer.
- The customer is only responsible of a value deficit of the goods caused by a wrong manipulation different from the one needed to verify its characteristics and functions.
